Your coloring is amazing! You've done a great job with the skin tones and the blush making it look very alive. The texture on the hoodie is a nice touch. And the hair is just perfect. My only advice is on the anatomy: Next time, try making the ear slightly larger and bringing it lower down - towards the jaw.
A lot of artists either forget to define the Adams Apple or make it too big so I commend you for keeping it proportionate in this position. However, the neck itself shouldn't be so close to the edge of the chin. I know it could be pretty hard to judge when your painting is in profile but it really helps to look at reference photos that are in profile.
